Dear Parents and Caregivers,
As a pediatrician and a parent, I’m delighted to tell you that the latest scientific research confirms what all of us know in our hearts – we are our children’s best teachers! This research also shows that a young child’s ability to absorb and learn new information follows specific developmental patterns. That means that infants see, learn and process things differently than do older children. So, when I was looking for DVDs for my youngest child, I wanted to find something based on these concepts of early learning and brain development. Despite my best efforts, I just couldn't find anything that fit this model completely. That's when I decided to create this type of DVD series myself.
